Google My Business Connection

WP Gratify Google My business settings for connecting your GMB account with our plugin. After the connection is done we can automatically fetch the reviews. You have to click the login button first that shown below also .

After login the GMB id will automatically directed and you will get a unique GMB id. Also shows disconnect button that you can easily disconnect your GMB connection.

With WP Gratify GMB, you have to just provide the email address associated with the Google My Business account you are trying to connect.On successful login, GMB locations is automatically fetched and displayed.

Reply to GMB Reviews

You can provide reply to reviews from GMB.

Move to Reviews section and then edit the particular review from GMB.

In the reply section, add the reply and click the submit button. The reply added will be updated in your GMB account.

Updating Business Hours

You can easily update the hours of operation for a business through API. Can add time periods that the particular location is open for business.

Represents a span of time that the business is open, starting on the specified open day/time and closing on the specified close day/time. The closing time must occur after the opening time, for example, later in the same day, or on a subsequent day.

Move to Settings -> GMB to update the business hours.

Updating Business Hours

You can easily add the time at which your business hours start and ends from the list that appears. If close is enabled, then the updation fields for the time will be disabled, which means that the business remains closed.

If 24 hours is enabled, then the updation fields for the time will be disabled that means the business is open for 24 hours.

Update button will update the same in the Google listing.

Google My Business Posts

The Google My Business API provides you with the ability to create Posts in Google Search within several categories, such as news, events, and offers.

Currently, two types of posts can be created and uploaded into GMB. Events and new post. Move to WP Gratify -> Google My Business to create posts

This is the section that updates about new posts.

Upload image : The image that has to appear on GMB new posts.
Write your post : Area to write your post.

Add a Button : The button can be added as you wish. Default value will be none. Otherwise, a button link also has to be provided. If call now is the button selected, then the phone number provided in your Google My Business account will appear.

The details saved will be reflected in the table and also will get posted in your GMB.

Below the form, posts will be displayed in a tabular form which can be deleted easily whenever required.

Events

Events notify your customers about the next event at your business with a post. Your Post for an event includes start and end dates and times, which display prominently on the post.

Events

These are the mandatory fields for creating event post.

Upload Image : The image that has to appear on GMB new event post.

Event Title : The title for the event post.

Start Date : The date on which the event will begin. By default, the current date will be taken. Otherwise can pick from the date picker.

End Date : The date on which the event ends. By default, the seventh day from the current date will be taken.

Add time and add more options can be added only if needed.

Start Time : The time at which the event begins.

End Time : The time at which the event ends.

Event Details : The additional details of the event can be added here.

Add a Button : The button can be added as you wish. The text on the button is determined by the action of the post. A link to a user-provided URL is added to the button. Button can take the following values.

BOOK Creates a post that prompts a user to book an appointment, table, or something similar.
ORDER Creates a post that prompts a user to order something.
BUY Creates a post that prompts a user to browse a product catalog.
LEARN MORE Creates a post that prompts a user to see additional details on a website.
SIGN UP Creates a post that prompts a user to register, sign up, or join something.
CALL Creates a post that prompts a user to call a business.
