WP Gratify Settings

Settings Menu

Open the WP Gratify admin menu and select the settings. Settings page will open and shows the different settings of WP Gratify.

Schema Settings

For adding the company details use Schema settings option. Here we should add the basic company details like name, email id, address etc..

Review Intake Settings

Review intake settings allow to manage the review settings like how to display frontend review, to upload the default user image also how to select to show the archive page and review intake form page in the front end.

Front end review display – Here we can select the reviews on the basis of star rating for displaying in the frontend.
Auto Post – If this option is enabled ,based on the star rating it will automatically approve those reviews. Otherwise it will not display in the frontend.
Thank you message content with social media – shows the message that comes above social media links buttons of facebook, google, yelp etc..
Thank you message content – The star rating that you have selected from front end review display is below rated then here it shows the thank you message.
Default user image – For uploading the user image if it is not added.
Review Archive page – For selecting specific page for displaying reviews.
Review intake form page – For selecting specific page for displaying review intake form in frontend.

Invitation Settings

For setting up an invitation, invitation setting page is used. Here we should give the email content, set the days for re invitation , invitation link details etc.

From – For entering the email address.
Days – Option for setting the days for re invitation.
Email content – For adding the message content.
Invitation link – For entering the review intake form page url.
Repeating (in days) – For setting how many times the re invitation mail should to be send.

Social Media Review Settings

Social media review settings is for showing the social media links after reviewing. We can enable social media review according to our wish. Also three custom Social media links can be selected. You can change the default user image if needed. User image size should be 300X150.

Google My Business Settings

WP Gratify Google My business settings for connecting your GMB account with our plugin. WP Gratify Google My business settings for connecting your GMB account with our plugin.After the connection is done we can automatically fetch the reviews. You have to click the login button first that is shown below.

After login, you will be directed to GMB account and you will get a unique GMB id. After the connection is established, GMB location is automatically fetched and displayed. After the connection is done we can automatically fetch the reviews. You have to click the login button first that shown below also .

Also shows disconnect button that you can easily disconnect your GMB connection.

Social Proofing Settings

WP Gratify Social proofing is for displaying review as pop up.

Rating – For selecting which reviews should popup according to the selected star rating.
Category – For selecting which category according to the business. In default all categories will be shown.
Font size for name(in px) – For specifying font size for name in pop up. Default value is 18px.
Font size for review(in px) – For specifying font size for review in pop up. Default value is 15px.
Background color – For specifying background color for social proof. Default color is white.
position – For specifying the position of social proof . default is bottom left.
mobile disable – To disable social proof on mobile screens. default value will be enabled.
Time delay – To give the time for each popups to display.
